I have .22 red tracer.....made in europe....works great and the trace is "clear" and really visible. At the RENO show, .22 red tracer was quoting 1.50 per round......greed is alive and well....I also have 9mm in red tracer....works the same....

as mentioned ive only ever seen it in military calibers frontier had it in 7.62x39mm wish i would have snagged some for my CZ and yes it is legal....for now pretty soon im sure some anti-guns will argue that tracers will allow shooting rampages at night

would be cool, if a range let you use it. The law to my understanding only prohibits rounds that detonate or ignite "on impact", armour piercing rounds, and flechette shells.

Close, but not entirely correct.
AP pistol is banned, but AP rifle is fine.
