Tracer stopped by Canada Post

Like someone said Tracer projectiles are classified as 1.4C because the pyrotechnic charge in their base. So its be like trying to ship a firework. Different then say bunch of lead with a copper coat normal projectile.

They are still against Canada Post rules. What are the consequences if you get caught shipping them? What if someone ships them to you?

I believe the disclaimer on all packages is sender warrants package contains no hazardous materials? or something to that effect. So it would be the shipper not the receiver, as anyone can mail anyone anything.

how does that work out when the sender doesn't leave a return address, or they leave the wrong return address?

Hey guys, just this last summer I ended up buying some tracer 223(projectiles only) and had it sent to me via Canada Post. Didn't put tracking on it but never got to me. . Anyone else experience this? I know that tracer is NOT illegal but a gray area here. What is the justification for stopping it?

as Hitzy said there is tracking, you just didnt get any. hopefully its just held up in shipping and you didn't get screwed.

He took your money, did not give you a tracking number, and you did not receive your package. If the shipper does not give you a number or CPs reply to the seized box, I think you are screwed. Ask for refund.
