Tract optics

Have any of you heard about Tract optics? They are out of USA and they don't have any third party distributors. You can only buy directly from them. Was wondering if anyone on here owns one of their products?

Unless it changed under the new rules scopes were protected items under ITAR and needed a swack load of permits to import so you won't be getting one easily.
