Trade 2 Unissued Russian SKS for New Tavor?

Yeah, don't screw your friend like this. If he is aware of the value of both and still wants to do the trade that is different, but if he isn't, and finds out he could get 2 unissued, mint Chinese right now for $900, but traded his $3000 Tavor, I suspect the friendship will be on the rocks.

Ok. Would you trade 2 unissued 1956 Russian SKS rifles still in cosmoline for a brand new Tavor that has never been fired. I have owned SKS rifles in the past. I love them but we are talking a Tavor.

In light of current political reasons should I make the trade? There would be a proper transfer on both sides and pal verification etc all current hoops jumped through. This is a legit deal from a friend. He has done insane trades with me before(in the past I traded a standard Ruger 10/22 for a Springfield M1 Garand…etc and there have been others)

I guess I’m looking for pros and cons of each.

I would trade 2 x unissued SKS AND a bunch of cash to get that Tavor. The fact that's just the 2 SKSes...consummate the deal ASAP if you are on the side that would receive the Tavor.

You need to jump on this trade as soon as possible. I know I might get flak for this but I do not care, the SKS is a commie garbage rod. The only con of you not doing this trade is that you lost out on trading two cheap rifles for a gun that eclipses them both, make the trade and do not look back.

You have some nerve.

If he is a friend, you had best let him know that he is giving away a $2,600 rifle for two $400 rifles.

If his meds wear off or he realizes what the respective values are,,, so much for him being a friend and he knows where you live.

The pro is you gain a Tavor by capitalizing on a friends naiveté, the con is, unless your friend is retarded, he'll eventually catch on and you'll lose the friend.

I tend to deal with everyone favourably, friends even moreso.

Ask him if he voted libtard of dipper last election?

If he says 'yes',,, then he is no friend and you have no reason to feel guilty for taking his offer.

i wont sell my lightly shot unrestricted tar21 for the amount you posted ...

If he was really your "friend" I would think you wouldn't be trying to exploit his naivety in this matter. I guess my value my friendships with a higher regard.

However since you are here asking advice, this is my advice. Trade your 2 SKS's for the Tavor. Sell the Tavor. Buy 4 new unissued SKS's of the EE here.
