I just received my M57 from Weimajack, pics to follow this evening but it is immaculate, as new, well worth the extra few bucks for hand selected if you are collecting or just want really nice blueing!

Wait a minute here, you can't use good scotch on a red gun, you could use bourbon I guess as that stuff is crap, or cheap rye.

Tradeex M57 came early, was packed as you see, ha, the mags were stuck to the top flaps, the pistol is what I consider, using NRA specs, very good, would be excellent but for the wear on the bottom of the receiver I obviously haven't cleaned it yet and the slide is glued shut with Cosmo, couldn't get a good look down the pipe either due to Cosmo, they weren't kidding about the amount. In some ways it looks fired, although the wear on the bottom may be from storage the slide where the stop catch is, looks to be a bit rough along the bottomwill know more when cleaned. I will wait till the M57 from T&T comes to compare and clean both at the same time! Gonna take lots of varsol and scotch!!!

Forgot to mention that the holster I got was nice dark leather, looks new, no mould etc. Mags look new too and gooey!

Sorry, I must make it clear, the scotch was a lubricant,, I get a bit squeaky when cleaning guns and occasionally need libation, sorry you don't like bourbon, there are some nice ones out there, agree on the rye, can't pallat that stuff for some reason!
