Trade-Ex is NUMBER ONE!! I've but a bunch of rifles, pistols, and bayonets from them and every one of them was better than described. Shipping has always been fast, items are packed really well. One thing it shows you is that even in a recession a company selling good products, fairly priced,accurately described and with excellent service will a long way to keep the doors open
 
The trigger on my sporter is excellent. Single stage, no creep breaks at about 4 pounds. The 96 mauser is an earlier mauser than the 98. The 98 has three ? locking lugs. Help me out mauser guys. The 98 is touted as being stronger than the 96 or 93. That's the extent of my mauser knowledge. Most Swede mausers are 96s.
 
Their descriptions of what they sell are very honest. When received, the item is is always way nicer than what they described, in my experience anyways!
