3 is the cocking lever on a Browning M1919A4 belt-fed machine gun bolt - 'the beaver dives into the pond';
5 looks like a 12 ga automatic shotgun bolt head;
11 is a shotgun scope base. I think it is missing two little interference screws to hold the front down; and
12 is a trigger guard for either a SMG or a semi-automatic rifle. The left-right knob is either a safety or a selector.

The shape of the handle is M1-carbine'ish but not quite, so calling it an ERMA is a better guess.

Yeah, that op rod had me at a loss too. Even more so is #10. It's a complete .22 bolt with forward mounted cocking lever.

Sidester nailed it. Just double checked my Google-matic and #9 is in fact the guide rod for an Erma EM1 .22! Making headway!!
