Wonder if it is 22 conversion/trainer bolt for MG34.

MG34 bolt:

Mostly would be fed from a drum mag attachment. No belt feed pawls on the top of the 22 bolt.

Conversion would be blowback, and not use belt feeding mechanism, so original bolt handle could not be used, therefore the 22 bolt handle on an extension.
