Had the notion to trade my non-restricted Beretta CX4 for a new Jr.
Just looking for some feedback from someone who has put some rounds through both guns.
Will I regret stepping away from the Beretta? If I could get the Sierrapapa trigger upgrade for the CX4 I would be less inclined to deal it but I can't find one in Canada.

havent shot the beretta but own a jr in 9mm about 2000rds no problems lots o fun eats all brass ammo instructions state ONLY brass no steel or alumninum ammo is the only down fall, will accept most ar upgrades including triggers, the buffer tube is comercial, plenty accurate out to 100 yards and the 10 round mags are a blast. do not drill out the pin for the adjustable stock just shoot 200-300rds and it will fall out lol. stick with the 9mm if you do get it,, dont know if they worked out the probs with the 40 and 45 yet
adam

ps the jr is non restricted as well^^^

Keep the NR Beretta. Just my opinion though.

That being said, since the CX4 is NR, there may be some people out there who might pay big bucks to get their hands on one.

I would be getting the JR in .40. Thats what the CX4 is. Both 9mm &.40 are now working good as far as I know.

I hope I can get big $$$ for it. Cost me an arm & a leg to get one that was re-barreled to NR length.

If I could find a way to get the Sierrapapa trigger kit here in Canada I would like the CX4 even more. Trigger pull is a bear & spongy as hell.

Import from Brownells?

I have both a non-restricted CX4 and a JR, both in 9mm. They produce about the same accuracy, with maybe a slight edge going to the Beretta. The JR has a slightly lighter, crisper trigger. If I could only keep one, it would be the Beretta hands down...much more of a quality feel to it.

The Beretta in non-restricted form is worth a lot more than the JR.

I have a non-restricted Beretta CX4, and I am quite impressed with it. Having not fired the JR, I cannot pick one over the other, with the exception being the NR Storm is worth significantly more money...
