Enlighten me pls. In Ab muzzleloader not considered loaded until primer installed and fed law is "no loaded firearms at all in a vehicle at any time as far as I know...neither one says loading a bullet from the muzzle constitutes a muzzleloader regardless of how powder charge is introduced.

Any bullet, projectile or propellent in the breach is considered loaded under the federal FA. Doesn't matter what the provincial reg says.

In Ontario, the exception is, when travelling from a hunting spot to another hunting spot, the breach can stay loaded but the primer has to be removed.

I'm going to disagree with the MNR person that wrote your reply...that is just a BPCR that uses plastic cartridge instead of brass...it still loads a cartridge from the breach.

I agree, this is really just a cartridge loaded rifle, and little different from loading up a 45-70 with BP.
