This had me scratching my head for a few days...
Pic 1 is just a doe but I'm posting it for reference against Pic 2:
Pic 2: Someone must be messing with me - a "mock-up" of a deer:
And then, Pic 3, back to normal:
This freaked me out for a couple of days. How could someone have found my cam - from beyond the trigger zone - created a dummy deer and then remove it the following day? WTF? Once I had the HD version it became clear that mother nature has a wicked sense of humour. A leaf fell into the crotch of a sapling in such a away that the sun hitting it caused the camera to detect movement.

Only have one daytime photos of this guy, and this is it. About 3 minutes of legal light left. Never set eyes on him and don't know if he made it through the shotgun season or not. I'm setting the target on him next year!
