Trail cam pics

First Time I saw him

3 weeks after

Then I had issues with my camera and sd card so it went like 2-3 months without seeing him on the camera but I saw where he walked so I knew he was in the area.

Here's a real challenge for all of you.

After not seeing much more than a couple well fed raccoons, I moved my camera... first day I got a pic:

WHAT IS THIS???

to give you an idea, it's in central ontario, just east of bancroft... the camera is 5' off the ground

Any thoughts? I only have the one picture of whatever it is...

if your cam was 3ft off the ground i would of said a wild boar
but 5ft........i havent seen a ridge of fur on something that tall

This is my favorite thread. Wish I would have found it before I bought my cams. It's great to get to see how different camera's perform.

Stealthcam 45ng pro or something like that. Great video quality.

Super slow to start up, usually misses half of the action as the camera starts off dark as it boots up. Even after formatting two different cards it still has some of the pictures show up as a scrambled rainbow. Disappointed with this camera.

My guess is moose...

Cheers
Jay

Still haven't seen it again. The mystery remains!

To me, there is no doubt whatever, this is a moose. The hair is unlike anything else.
