Trail cam pics...

Stealthcam 3MP DIGRC, go for about $40 on ebay plus shipping and I've never had a problem with one. Hook them up to a $10 Walmart 12V and they last for months. Just a solid unit.

Those are great lookin pics. I finally bought my feeder, now i WANT a camera!!! If I remember correctly on one of your first posts you said that was a moultrie 4.0 right ??? My local shop has a Moultrie 4.0 or maybe it was a 5.0 for $120, and there is no tax at the shop. Is that the going rate for these camera's ??? because I think you mentioned paying $100.

I've begun shopping for another (3rd) trail cam... I'd have a hard look at the new Stealth Cam STC-I540Ir. It'll probably be around +-150$, and should be in stores around June. A good price for a quality 4.0 MP infrared cam with the ability to take videos.

As for the Moultrie 4.0, buy it from a store with a no hassle exchange policy... They have a tendency to be defective, but if you're lucky and you do get a good one, they are worth their 90-100$ (lebaron)....

a few from my moultry 4.0 gamespy this fall.

lionhill, i hunt around cornwall ontario. i put a lot of my free time to find these deer! i'm in the bush @least 14 days a month during bow season and every day during our shotgun and muzzleloader seasons.

i have 2 moultries and wouldn't think twice about buying again. i do have some pictures that didn't turn out so well, but i think it was my fault for the positioning of the camera during daylight hours or just too close to trails. still learning. my friend also has the same cameras as me and loves them. if you think i took the pictures of the deer i did havest with the moultrie your right, i used my sony 10 mp for those. but all my trailcam pics are from the moultries. heres some more. the top one is the buck i took with my cross bow on opening day October 1, and the second is the same buck sparing with another. they're great tools for hunting.

the pictures that have no info @ the bottom are the ones i zoomed in on to get a closer look. maybe that's why you think i was lying about what camera i am useing newts88. i have windows vista and still learning the ropes when zooming in and out on photos. it saves them every time i zoom in!!! it pisses me off.
