I should have taken a pic of it when I bought it, it was an Eatonia (Cooey) single shot .22 ordered from Eaton's used and abused. It had a sling mount for the stock made from a drywall screw with a coat hanger soldered to it, and a hoseclamp with more coat hanger soldered to it as a barrel band. I paid $30 for it at a gun shop and fixed it up. I refinished the stock and reblued it. I know i destroyed the value refinishing it and rebluing it but at least i rescued it and made it into something useful, its perfect taking rabbit snaring.

Yeah, it's beautiful but I suspect not original. I admit I was thinking about de-trailer-park'ing this shotgun. I need to make a new forestock as it's cracked, also needs some metal refinishing. Believe it or not, it shoots like a dream. Super light, points easy & doesn't kick much.Little rough, but look at that beautiful wood on the butt stock!!!
