actually, it shoots very very well. think ill fix up the wood a bit up front, and make it look presentable, then paint the whole thing olive drab?
it shoots the steel tip hollow points very well,
it was a #4 that had had the bbl shortened allready. a cracked forend, that has been repaired, and glued back together. was a long cold winter, had lotsa time to think, and build. i turned the bbl to take a #1 front sight, and fitted the wood ( sorta) to the #1 nosecap.actually, it points good, and all that.ended up at 22" bbl if i remember correctly. top front wood is a shortened #1 wood aswell. it all came out of the junk bin, basically
i will finish up the wood on the front end, and ,make it look a bit nicer. going to be a truck/tractor/combine rifle this fall.
i think johnny would be dam proud a me
so is it a #1 Mk4 , or a #4 Mk 6, ?? or?? shall i just carve train wreck on the side of her....
