Maybe the Practical Precision Competition forum would have been a better spot for this.
In another thread I was looking for an IOTA. I found another product that is identical called the DFAT that Tracer Hit Light (they sell strobe lights that go off when targets are hit) ships to Canada.
So that's on the way and I found a PowerPoint presentation on 6.5 Guys that is really good. It has a small match simulation and a few other neat things.
While I really like the presentation I am wondering how hard it would be to make more? I know nothing about PowerPoint. What I am looking for specifically is:
-the ability to calibrate the scale to my laptop screen size and IOTA focus distance so say a half mil target 400 meter is actually a half mil and a mover is actually movong at the right speed.
-more PRS style match simulation with stages starting and ending with a shot timer
-different real life shooting range backdrops available so actual matches can be simulated
-moving coyote hunting presentation where you have to estimate range (by milling) and target speed and then you can find out what the distance and speed should have been and see how accurate you were
Has anyone made PowerPoint presentations like this? Can you even scale PowerPoint (as in show at 80 or 90% scale)? I think you if you could sell them some how they would be popular.
