Retail sales seem to have priority. I am ok with that if that is the case.

Not sure about that one.
I still have 2 transfers pending from July 5 for handguns from a dealer. My other purchases from the beginning of June all went through after 3 weeks.
You have been able to look up transfers you started yourself for over a month web services has no allowed you to check store transfers
The ability to look up att and create new requests is new
Can you request your ATT without having any restricted firearm transfers completed?
Your ATT is attached to your license. If you have no restricted registered there is no reason to issue you and ATT. In BC with out a affiliation with a range or Silvercore membership No ATT will be given by CFO is my understanding and what was told to me by the CFO years ago. If I am wrong someone will correct me. This is my understanding.
I think you're correct, I've been under the impression that the CFO doesn't even like to do restricted transfers without a range or gun club membership.
I've also noticed the other day, that you can now apply for non-standard ATTs online and you longer have to call to get one.

Anyone know the hours for the BCCFO? Their phone system pukes out so much usless tips and "did you know's" but can't be bothered to give their hours of service when they notify you that the office is closed at 3:30 on a tuesday.

I left them a voicemail to request an ATT a couple fridays back so I could ship to someone in Manitoba. They called me back on Monday, after someone else had emailed me the ATT, and the lady approved and emailed 5 transfers at 5 am on the Tuesday. 3 purchases, 2 sales.I just called in for an ATT and asked if they could check on a transfer for me while I had them one the line.
Initated on 26 Aug, approved today.
Yeah, they are supposed to have the same hours as the National Call Centre but don't. Can't really fault the BC CFO though.

Which is odd - because there are obviously BC CFOs working out east, to be doing things at those hours.
5947 approved 31st August, initiated June 21st.
I think BC CFOs are going as fast as they can and seem to be getting through them ok.
