Transfer times in BC

I eventually got through after 45 minutes and 2 dozen calls this morning to someone willing and able to process using 1-6-1. One lady who wasn’t able (not trained to do restricted) recommended that BC residents and anyone else on pacific time to call between 4 and 5 pm as that is the only time zone the office is open to at that time so there is less competition from those further east. Good luck out there all.

I placed an order on 31 May and received notification on 10 June that the transfer was approved. This was through a web store. Prior to this nonsense its was next day approval. In some cases, same day if you called early enough.

just started a transfer today and we will see how long before it is approved. not related to bc as im in the yukon but still under ther rulings.

How long did it take you to get through on the phone? I bought from a guy in AB last week, he's been trying to get through just to initiate ever since with no luck. Usually same day/ 24 hrs with BC or AB. It's crazy.

I am still waiting on two transfers from June 2. My May 30 transfer was approved in about 30 hours. The wait time on the last two is killing me. I am in BC.

Nothin but crickets in BC it seems.

My May 31 transfer was approved June 09. All subsequent purchases June 01/02/03 etc haven't heard a thing.

Anyone in BC have one go through recently?

June 2, nothing...the vendor did hit me up to pay off everything a week ago...but no shipment (so I assume transfer not gone through yet?). I've never received a transfer approval via email even though they have my email on record...so for now, limbo it seems.

Just curious....if they can send an email telling me my application has been processed and the approved registrations have been issued.....why can't they email the actual registrations. It is 2022 after all!!!
