Transfer times in BC

Happens all the time... Stupid bureaucracy.
Fyi I just had two new transfers approved by the BC CFO.
- I had no prior restricted guns
-No proof of range membership required (I did specify what range I was a member of in the purchases)
-Purchases were on May 31 and June 3(mar star). One was through a store and one was through equipment exchange
- Reference numbers were received around June 5 and June 3
-i did request an email copy of my transfer approval and was provided that by the bc cfo.

I've never sent any proof of which club I belong to in 30 years......didn't know we were supposed to. I did have my RPAL renewed this year and have had a restricted transfer go through this year so they must have proof of my club.

Have purchased 3 pistols I think it was June 4,5,6. Retailer has initiated transfer but I have not heard a word

May 31 private transfer, nothing yet
I called them today to see if they were missing any info. 1-4-2 and they said it is still sitting with the Provincial CFO. My retail orders were from June 2nd.
The person who picked up said something odd, she noted that it isn't default that they will email the transfer through and I have to call in and request it for each purchase. Is this true? Either way she said she updated my file to request the transfers be emailed to me.
Edit - I spoke with the BC CFO and they noted if you have an email on record they will send you the transfer via email. They noted they are really backed up and that staff taking planned summer vacations made matters more challenging.

Yes, I've had a lot of failed attempts... after you enter the dial sequence you will get one of two messages... if it starts with an apology, hang up because it won't put you into the queue. If it starts thanking you, you will enter the queue... however, sometimes while in the queue it will still disconnect.
