Transfer Times

I sold 4 restricteds between Oct 24 and 30th. One each going to Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and BC. Three of the four have been transferred, had ATT's issued by the NBCFO to the post office (a bit of a bureaucratic ordeal but that's another story) and been shipped. The gun going to Quebec has actually been received by the new owner. Only one gun ( actually the first one sold) has not yet had the transfer approved.

Three guesses which province it is headed to...... (and the first two don't count)

Yeah, me too. The transfer was actually approved in 24 hours or so.

Sailor are you saying the we are not the number one priority at the RCMP? We are just a nuisance that they have to deal with, the government should make a point by not taking tax dollars from guns sales they fear so much.

I'm saying other provincial CFO's process transfers in 24-48 hours.....what's up with Ontario?

Well they have all those people there buying guns, how many are doing the transfers for Ont.?
