Unless you mean from an alberta dealer to a private sale. Which means nothing, its the cfo where the gun is going to that matters, not where the seller is based.

I have had one in the works since mid-August. (6011###)
Called last week and was told it's still with the provincial CFO.
The apparatchik says they are currently taking about 6 months.
She didn't appreciate it when I mentioned that they need more staff after she commented that they are very busy.
I managed to resist saying it's because of their pointless new regs.
