Question for you guys. I know a fully feathered wing needs to be attached to the bird while being transported to the residence of the hunter. At this point the wing can be removed for immediate cooking or for preservation. My question is, once it has been preserved (read frozen), can it legally be moved from one location to another without the wing, such as taking it to Cousin Eddy's for grinding and smoking. I can find no reference in the legal documents for transporting preserved birds. According to ministry of environments website in SK, it's even illegal to transport waterfowl jerky or sausage. This seems crazy to me as this would essentially mean you couldnt make a goose sausage sandwhich and take it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
