Transporting non-restricted papers

Hey.

This may have been discussed before, if so, delete it.

I have 2 questions in regards to this topic:

1) While in transport, does the gun have to be out of sight with a trigger lock, or can it be in the main cab out of its case?

2) When transporting a non-restricted firearm do you have to have the certificates for them at all times? What happens if you dont?

2) If you are asked, and cannot produce the paper, the firearm can be held until the paper is produced.

Provincial regulations concerning the transport of non-restricted firearms vary quite a lot. You need to follow the federal rules and any additional restrictions required by your province.
