I use different styles and sizes of boxes with different sizes of traps to ensure a humane kill, also helps protect the bait from birds etc.
 
Here is a couple more from my cell trail cam at one of my Lynx sets.

Describe your marten sets please. I see a box, but don't know enough about the critters to follow.

Its called a box set. Basically an elongated box with only one opening. You put the bait (meat) in the back and a Conibear killing trap in front of the entrance. The animal then has no choice but to go through the trap and to get to the bait .... and while doing this triggering the trap.

There are commercial boxes that you can buy or trappers make those boxes themselves.
 
Looking good! Getting some fur here in Ontario as well.

AWESOME stuff guys !! Great work on the yotes !
That fisher tho !!!!! Hollee frig ! I worked a few winters in GP. Loved driving and lookin for wildlife on my days off ! Emerson Trail was on of my favs !
