I am talking about domestic flights within Canada, not international.
I understand that you should have no trouble checking your non-restricted in as baggage, I see hunters at the airport all the time with their gun cases.
What about your carefully researched and tested hand loads? I am pretty sure that ammunition is not allowed in checked baggage due to dangerous goods regulations.
So, what do you do?,... get over it and shoot factory match ammo purchased locally? Try to fit your reloading gear into the weight limit? Ship ammo ahead by ground?
Any tips, tricks, horror stories?
