I think if the guy has been in firefight's, he probably knows what he's talking about.
Yeah. It's like women from 1957 gossiping about Fran banging the milk man in here 90 percent of the time.
Hahh, just kiiddding.

For example, you would not use that AR shooting stance on extended patrols in the heat packing 200 lbs.
That AR shooting stance could limit your 360 awareness.
Sorry for the derail, but I've been thinking about these statements and wonder how his stance would not be appropriate for what you suggest? As far as I can tell, he just uses an open stance with his shoulders square to the target. It would seem to me that unless you were using cover, that keeping your plates squared to the target would be a good thing? I also can't understand how his stance would limit his awareness? You only use that stance when you are actually shooting at something....
Perhaps you could clarify? I'm just trying to understand what you are saying.
All things considered, if the guy has been in firefights, again, he probably knows what he's talking about. I mean zero disrespect to say it, but probably more than the average soldier. He wouldn't recommend certain techniques unless he felt they were the best for the situation, and if he's been IN those situations and tested them out, I'll take that advice.
Here is a great form of shooting that would destroy Travis Haley' theory of speed and accuracy. If you can do it...
This little old fat guy with a short AR15 could take on a Stack.
Cowboy AR15 advanced. Full spacial awareness. All head shots.
Guys, I didn't start this thread to have it drop into a disscussion about who teaches the best shooting style.......enjoy the video for what it is and leave it at that.
