treasure trove of WW2 odds and ends

Ran into a small trove of bits and pieces the likes of which seem hard to find, (a friend was cleaning out his garage and just gave me all this), both Canadain and American I'll get some pics and post them soon as I can.
found a case of canadain WW2 issue artic rations all intact, cigarettes still in thier wrapers (probably dry as hell) Macdonalds Consoles, a bunch of unopend sealed strike anywheres matchs packeged in 1944 a nice blasting cap tin, 1942 antidiming wipe can and wipes for your goggles, a small canister with the wicks and flints for the issue lighter, most of the parts and accessories for the canadain issue company stove, few cans of Gin pills for the Kidneys, bunch of tools and cleaning kit and springs for the .50cal 1919 browning, and cleaning rod and lanyard for the colt 1911, rubber waterproof booties for the tops of the mags for the 9mm american greasegun. some Nam issue stuff too for the M16, cleaning kits and BFA atachment and brasscatcher. and still some stuff im trying to figure out. and a few odds and ends of WW2 german kit.
:D loads of cool stuff. theres a few pieces of firearm related stuff that I cant figure out I'll get some pics up and see if anyone here knows what they are.
 
will do soon as I get the pics taken, the wife will have to do it when she has th time I havent a clue how to use her camra, im pretty pumped though next best thing to collecting WW2 firearms I love collecting the other gear.
 
Did I read right...arctic rations???
Gotta see this, and the cigarette packs...DON"T OPEN THEM...PLEASE!!!
Any American stuff I would be very interested in seeing...and those rations!!!!
 
the box was opened but the contents untouched, they were brought home by an old fellow who saw service during the war and served in the north sometime during the war, he later joined the rangers and im getting his rifle too.
the American gear was collected togeather by a good friend of mine he served as a special OP in the SAS and Delta force he saw service in Yugoslavia observing the Russians (got himself shot by a sentry one night) (that was about the same time that he picked up my Russin coldwar spoters scope) and that put an end to his career in active duty and he took up training special OP's.
 
Speaking of cigarettes, when I was in the Army, 55-58, We still had WW2 K-rations,Olive drab
matchbooks with a ..._ on the cover, Green Lucky strikes and Olive drab packs of Phillip Morris. Wish I had been smart enough to save some of that.
 
few of my buddys already thought of that I would think to a collector of cigars pipes and cigarettes they would be of value ....anyone have any idea how you could have them appraised as a collectable?
