TRESPASSING Turkey Hunters

Frig...I took a #### in some guys tree stand before after he decided he was going to build it right above where I had been putting apples for the last couple months.

Oh and one time i got hit in the balls with a tennis ball and pissed in some guys garage...he caught me though lol

RM = Rural Municipality similar to a County in the US.
For example, RM of Peel, RM of Haltain,

The RM maps break land down into townships, sections and 1/4 sections (1/2 mile x 1/2 mile, or 160 acre parcels). A section is 1 mile x 1 mile, or 640 acres. A township is 36 sections.

Each 1/4 section will have the landowner's name, or the business name that owns the SURFACE rights to the property. Beyond the surface rights, there are mineral rights, and Oil and Gas lease rights.

In Saskatchewan farm land, there is a grid road system that breaks the land into a 1 mile x 1 mile grid to allow access to farm land to move equipment and grain. The grid roads are gravel roads maintained by the individual RM's. Thus the huge tax burdon to maintain the infrastructure.

Perhaps he made a mistake, but I guarantee you he didn’t wake up in the morning and decide to head over to your precious food plot and have his morning dump. You must have some serious issues; perhaps you should seek some counseling.

I do not agree on that.....I have been known to have a few to many the night before, and while in my stand barely have time to get down and drop my drawers, and not have a shovel to dig a hole, and only put a few leaves on top, and not even an hour later had a nice deer walk by and it never even glanced it that stinky direction with any concern at at all.

I was there last year on crown land. Good thing it was spring.

I don't think human turd will keep deer away long, what do they do when a coyote ####s, stay out of the bush?

Do you have a written statement from the landowner that you are acting as his agent.

I ask because I have had to become the agent for a local landowner to settle disputes and call the authorities when he isnt around. If you dont have it I dont think you have authority to ask for charges to be laid against the offender.

I have also had to assign my father as my agent so he can act on my behalf as I dont reside near my property anymore.
 
For all the new and old guys alike who think they have the right to tresspass and or take a crap on private property... get serious. Do you let people crap on your front lawn? And don't even say it's not the same thing, because it is exactly the same thing!:rolleyes:
