TRESPASSING Turkey Hunters

The way some of you are taking this situation on such a high personal level against the squatter, you have obviously never had medical issues or the stomach flu that can sometimes leave you with the decision to either pull over and run into the bush, or deal with a mess in your car. Trust me, the guy/gal who runs into the bush to deal with the situation is not exactly having a good day, and most definetely did not plan this as a personnel attact against you. If the person left you a pile right on a trail, or in your stand then you might have something to ##### over, but for christ sake have a little compasion and understanding, for one day this person may be you, and I would bet my pay check you will choose to crap in the closest woods you can hide in, instead of pinching a loaf in your car.

The tresspasser in this instance parked beside a no tresspassing sign climbed over a gate and walked over 100 yards onto the food plot to take a crap right in front of a 15 foot tall Wack Shack. The kid was telling a good story to get himself out of trouble... he obviously saw the shack and was curious and thought he would leave a present for the owner.
I understand you whiners who don't own any real property of your own think you should have some rights to hunt and hike and go for a bush crap somewhere. And that is all good but let me give you the Big Red Tip of the Day!
Get a job... Save your Money... Make an investment in Real Estate... And if you don't want to be forced dig holes to bury your crap then stay the hell off private property ... especially in Cavan.:slap:

I #### all the time when I'm out hunting...be it on crown land or in the back of some guys field...if i gotta go im damn well gonna go. Better then walking all cross legged back to the truck. Coffee/Beer/Chew...those are my personal bowel stimulants and its hard not to have to go after having any one of those.

And city people wonder why rural residents resent them?

Once they get off the pavement they think they can piss and poop where they please. Or leave the little pet they thought was so cute at Christmas by the side of the road or that raccoon they live trapped in their attic because they don't have the stones to kill it themselves.

Typical.

Hey nlevandier, why not post your address? I might need to have a dump in Oromocto, NB, one day and your front lawn sounds as good a place as any.:p

really though? when your break it down...what's the big deal with taking a ####? i wouldnt do it on some guys front lawn...or in his back yard...or any place where his kids might play in it, dog might role in it, or where he'd step in it doing any REGULAR daily activity. i'm talking about taking a #### where you would be out hunting, or fishing, or in some cases, just out for a nature walk taking in some fresh air.

so if im in the back of some field and I walk in the tree line 10 feet and "drop it like it's hot"...big stink'n deal!!!

Ya very typical!!

Some city shmuck buys a peanut chunk of Kanada & becomes an almighty land baron
O well they keep the "No Tresspassing" sign industry strong
I think a good many of us real rurals remember when there was no signs, everybody just naturally respected property & before all this liability issues no-one cared if you took a stroll across owned property, it wasn't like you were out to hurt anything! :(

If that was the case BREDD then I apoligize you were right to do what you did but it wasn't clear earlier, as I read it first it just sounded like some sick kid.

Please, try and empty your diaper on my property, in or out of town.

Always fun watching the elderly run with thier pants around thier ankles. Or anyone else for that matter.....

Taking a sh!t on someones "private property" is ignorant and disrespectful. Hold it until you get home and take a dump on your own lawn.

Everybodys a toughy on the internet :D
Tells us a lot about your personality...sorry about that :(

I hope someday your driving down a 30 mile stretch of road with no tresspassing signs down both sides & a bad case of diarhea
(not your verbal kind)
Perhaps you would wish for one of my depends because we all know you would never stoop to taking a crap on the side of the road :D :D

I grew up in a rural area, moved to the city to make some money and returned to what I like best. I've seen both sides of the coin. If that doesn't make me a "real" rural resident then sorry not to meet your exalted standards.

Not sure what your problem is with me senior. Don't particularly care either.

I agree with Claybuster there...it's not as easy as it once was to own huge plots of land. Pretty much have to be born into that stuff now especially with new highways going up left right and centre...government decides they want to put a road through your property and your given what "they" feel is fair value for your property. That's the problem Canada, we don't really own our property.

The fact that you went back to Rural life speaks volumes...money/city/fast life is fun for awhile, but it gives you, what I feel, is a better respect and appreciation for country life and how lucky one is to live "rurally" (if you will).

Don't particularily have a problem with you Clay, just happens to be you that I'm replying to..same as when your replying to me ! Apoligize if you feel I am attacking you personally :) for I am not.

I'm much in the same boat as you just have a diff opinion as to the way it should be (maybe?) or at least once was :(

I see the other side of the coin up here all the time. Some-one from the city decides to move or retire up here, buy a little "chunk of Canada" & first thing is as many "No Tresspassing" signs as they can afford. I usually meet them a few miles away exploring someone elses property

I grew up on a farm, probably much more land than you could ever imagine owning or living on. I still didnt just drop my pants and sh!t anywhere I pleased. I was brought up with more respect than that. Plus my old man would have kicked my a$$ if I was just dumping a load anywhere I pleased.

If I had to sh!t on the side of the road I would do just that, in the ditch. But I sure as hell wouldn't hop a fence with a "no tresspassing" sign on it and go and take a dump on someones property.

For a senior you have allot to learn about respecting things that are not yours.....

Well I roam about 300 acres. Seen lots of people tresspass. Seen lots of garbage left by all sorts of hunters. What bothered me the most is the idiots that would take a dump on the main trails and not even bother to hide or burry it. I personally dont think that feces or pee bother deer, at least where I hunt. My friend had to interupt peeing from his stand to shot a deer. And me personally, I had a deer walk past me down wind about 30 fet away when I stopped to pee on my way out of the bush from turkey hunting.
What the jerk did was in spite, which is so way uncool. If you have to go, find a secluded spot where no one will ever find it and burry it properly so it doesn't become someone else problem.

And if a person really did have an EMERGENCY, I would not mind them tresspassing as long as they took proper care of it afterwards.

my $.02 worth

It's not just the urbanites that trespass. A friend of mine grew up on a farm, and developed a taste for cruizing fields. He doesn't drive on crop, but anything else is fair game. It irritates the hell out of me, but that's the way he is. For the most part, he is correct in that you aren't doing any damage provided the ground is firm, and you're not being an idiot. He has the sense to stay off posted land, and all the locals know him, which gains him a lot of grace, but still...stay off private property unless you have permission to be there. To me, it's simple respect.

That is what it is all about- It's not about "how big a deal is a liitle turd" it's about trespassing, and going where you are asked not to go. ....Just liek the trespassing turkey hunter.

A trespassing turkey hunter!

By golly I had forgotten what this post was about.......

Doug

Exactly!!! I don't remember the whole story, it's been clouded by the smell, but didn't this sh***er in question already have a history of trespassing and possibly poaching on this land? I think this takes him out of the "sorry, I had to take a dump" category.

CyberK.
2 different people from what I understand.
Original post was about some Turkey poacher.
Then someone told a story about humiliating some poor kid who had to go to the bathroom near a tree stand.

Anyhow, thats about it
