TRG 42 or 22???

Hello everyone, just wanted to get people's first hand experience with either the Sako TRG42 or TRG 22. Are they really worth the $$?

TRG22 Stealth

Got mine off the EE with brake, bipod and 2 mags, saved a bunch. At
200+ meters more accurate out of the box than any other I've bought: 40XB, 5R, 700P, CZ750 (pretty close). Have to say if you're going to spend that kind of $ it's worth it. I know a custom build will shoot just as good, maybe better but when it's time to try something else and you want to sell it you'll have an easier time and get closer to what you paid. My 2 cents.

TRG-22 was my first rifle....I sleep with mine as well.

trg 22 for sure... unless your rich and can afford to shoot whatever you want then go trg 42

the trg 22 is almost overkill as many 308's will shoot very accurately. 300WM 42 starts to do it justice.

Dropped into Reliable this morning and they were just putting out a new desert tan 20" TRG22. Nice weight and balance, they hadn't priced it yet but guessed around $3500 with no bipod or brake.
