TRG 42 - Scope Mounting Question & Reloading

I have a TRG42 and I have purchased a http://www.bushnell.com/general/riflescopes_elite6500_65-4305md.cfm

Bushnell Elite 6500 scope.

Does anyone know what hardware I need to mount Bushnell Elite on this? I know they have optilock rings but I don't know if it mounts right on the rifle or I need a mount first. I also have Picantinny rail installed on rifle so I don't know which way to go.

Also any recommendations on reloading equipment to feed this beast?

you've already got a rail, so I'd go with Badger, or something similar, for rings. If you didn't have the rail I'd suggest the Sako 3 ring tactical mount (that's what I use) for 30mm tubes it's got the Optiloc rings on it, which are in my opinion the best ever.

Is your Sako 3 ring set Low, Medium or Large for the 30mm tube?
 
mines for the 34mm tube, which only comes in one height I think, medium? to be honest I am not too sure on that. it's also doesn't have the optilok which I find strange.
