Use a BFH on your punch.

If that fails, use the BFH directly on the op-rod guide to spin it on the barrel and break the pin. Then you can drive it off and re-pin it. I had to do that on mine at a Barney clinic here last year as I couldn't get the pin out, either.

Remember to support the op rod giude when you wack the pin. Otherwise your bfh force gets misdirected

If you heaty to red hot, you'll ruin the temper of the metal around the hole. As I recall the pin has to come out in a specific direction. Right to left or the opposite. You doing that?

Roll pins are one time use only. Should have replaced it with a new one.
