Have a new 94 AE on its way, and I'm considering a variety of sighting solutions. She comes with a peep sight, which I'm sure is useful, and I'm going to temporarily mount a scope for load development only.
But these cute new prismatics... I looked at one at P&D the other day, and man it's a compact little unit. Great glass, I like the reticle (same one as on my 1.5-5 VXIII) and love the single mounting point.
My #1 concern is balance; I love how these 94s feel and point, and I know that a standard scope would ruin that. Has anybody actually _tried_ the prismatic on a lever gun, and can tell me how they feel?
