Tried to print tag, did not work

So I just logged onto the Ontario hunting website and tried to print my tag out.

Clicked "print", the page flashed, but nothing opened up. No new webpage or preview of the tag.

My printer was on and connected with paper in it.

Now the ontario website is telling me I already printed my tag.... but i didnt.

Im guessing I have to call on Monday to sort this out. But has this ever happened to anyone else?
 
I had that happen to me last year. My wireless connection failed but the MNR showed my tag as printed. I had to call the ministry number and the guy was really good and very nice. I set up with a hard wired connection, tested the printer, and when my tag was released again for printing it came out no problem. Good luck to you.
 
This is the first year that I've been able to print my tag myself... the last 2 years it was a trip to Service Ontario. Updated browser seemed to be the fix for me.
 
I've had problems where they think I printed it and it never got printed since I don't own a printer. Had to go in and talk to someone.
 
One year it wouldn't work and had to call in so the system would let me print it. Last year it somehow printed 5 copies of my deer tag despite people telling me it isn't possible?

I guess the take away with this "self service" system is to never wait until the last minute to print any license and tags. The Ministry's staff will be glad to help, but they don't work weekends. I learned that the hard way.

Same for me last year. This year no problem. Give em a call
 
Mine failed last year. Called them, they were very polite & helpful, did the reprint no problem. You just have to promise, on your honour, that you are not printing a second tag. Which seems odd because if you did want to get another, you could just photocopy the first.
