I switched over my 53 and 52 tulas to wolf spring kits(27.5) and I get the odd misfire from light strikes with mil spec ammo_Originals are 33-34 pd.Does anybody know a dealer in Canada that stocks wolf 31.5?

Those spring kits are crap. Put the original ones back in and do a propper trigger job if you want better trigger performance. It's not hard to learn. Youtube has a couple great vids that worked well for me. You need factory spec springs if you wan't 100% reliability in my experience.

Funny how people's mileage may vary. I installed the light springs in two 1950 Tula, feeding Barnaul hollow points through one and hundreds of chinese surplus through the other. Not a single misfire. Not one.

ya right on....its been more of a hobby for me,polishing rails and positive sear and all that jazz...the trigger is definitely smoother with the kits...its not a everytime thing the odd light strike no biggy...I havent run any better ammo through it, I have some sellier brass sp that I might take a crack for deer some yr and thats where the lighter spring will dance.(less chance of primer pops) ...thanks for the responses....M
