Trigger lock and no key available.

Meh.

YouTube Lockpickinglawyer, and spend a few minutes making some picks.

Spend a little time looking at the stuff that passes for "Security" and you will come away understanding that even most of the really expensive locks, are mostly keeping the Honest, the lazy, and the stupid, from going where they damn well please.

Watch a few Deviant Ollam videos on so called security in commercial spaces, as well as hacking RFID pass badges, and you will wonder why anyone bothers to put locks on the doors...

Gut the lock you took off. Take the pins and springs out of the keyway, and keep using it, without ever needing more than a pointy stick to open it. Or a screwdriver. Or an actual key. But without the worry of having to find the 'right' one!

If going this route don’t even really need picks just a couple Bobby pins theirs not that hard to pick.

Really small screwdriver

Small knife

Nail file

It’s not hard…

It's not hard to mark up the trigger guard...

If a quality trigger lock is correctly installed you will not be able to reach in and disengage the latch and release it without marking up the trigger guard. It will be simpler and easier to just drill it out.

If it is installed loosely you can 'pick' it off.

Don't you install your trigger locks tightly?

Picking the key holes isn’t hard basically just rake the pins and they’re off.
