Trigger lock inside M&P Range case

How are you guys locking the gun inside the case that the M&P Range kit comes with? If I try to run a cable lock through or put a trigger lock on it no longer fits in the foam cutout inside the case.

I never used the factory gun cases for storage/transportation. Get a better case or don't worry about it fitting in the foam.

Just buy the DAC $2.00 trigger lock.

Stay clear of Omega chamber locks! They don't stand up to regular range use.

Sold my M&P after 100 rounds thru it, worst gun so far, replaced it with a Jericho 941 and i got a smile on my face now again.

I wasnt happy with the Polymer frame, the 941 is far nicer

I agree with gnmontey. I have a half dozen of these Omega locks now and they are all starting to show wear. I use them at least 2 or 3 times a week. They are getting hard to turn with the key. They start to spin inside the barrel before the key unlocks them. The case rim where the extractor grabs it is starting to become rounded and will not keep the slide locked. A quick pull on the slide and and it racks back with the lock still in the barrel. This is on 2x45acp, a 40 S&W and a 22. All showing the same signs.
I won't buy them again. I went back to trigger locks.

Same for me. At first I thought they were the best solution but after a couple months use in an M&P 9mm Pro the wear was evident and they didn't alway hold tight. Went to combination trigger locks. Very happy with M&P.
