Trigger pull

What do you like to have you hunting rifle set at for trigger pull weight? I recently received a T3 in .223 and just finished setting it down to the lowest, and it's pretty light. I only tried 3 different loads in it (before lightening the trigger) and will duplicate them and see if it shrinks the groups a bit. It's nice to work on and has a pretty decent trigger from the factory.

2.75-3lbs is good for a hunting rifle...Trigger pull guages arent' expensive, either

I like 3 lbs for big game rifles, 2 to 2.5 for varmint rifles, and nice n' crisp please...

I wouldn't mind anything under 4.5 pounds... i think creep is my biggest hate.

If I can hold the butt of my rifle a foot off the floor and drop it, if the pin drops it's too light. I'm at 3 pounds for everything now.

To light isn't good in the feild. Cost me a chuck yesterday when the rifle went before I was totally steady. That trigger is 12oz and seams a bit on the light side. Most of my other triggers are in the 2lb to 3lb range or as light as they will set safely by the previously mention floor bounce test.
