Trigger replacement for a Norc M4

Large pins are on some Colt receivers, don't worry about that. Arms East has LPK's if you want a good single stage stock trigger. Check out the Geissele triggers they sell if you want a really nice two stage trigger. The RRA 2 stage trigger is good but I don't know of anyone who has one in stock.

I installed the Rock River. Dropped in. Had to file the notch on the safety a bit. Obvious to see and do.

Light and very crisp trigger.

Really like mine also. Works like a charm in my Norc.
Questar shows three in stock.

You guys have the single stage or two stage trigger from Rock River Arms? I am thinking of changing mine as well. Not sure why but I am. lol

I just don't like the idea of two stage for matches. Do most here not agree that single stage would be better for matches? I have shot both and prefer single stage myself but I am open to learning something that would change my mind.

P.S. By matches I mean multiguns or CQB where quick follow-up shots are involved.

Done quite a bit research on this now and this seems to be the common thinking among most multi gun match guys....

"Geissele Super Dynamic 3-gun Trigger...really really nice trigger. Short single stage, clean break with short reset makes puttting rounds down range a lot faster."

was playing with my 3 gun trigger and it's only getting better...the trigger plus my new comp makes my ar feel like a 10/22. Love it!!

a fellow at the range was hooked and wanted to order 2 for his ar's.

The Geissele SSA arrived from ArmsEast and today put it on the Norc M4. Installation is pretty straight forward with the instructions and a how to video on youtube helped. the outdoor ranges around here "do not" encourage rapid strings of fire, especially on a rifle. so off i go to an indoor range that only allows frangible .223 ammo. it was worth the $ spent both on the ammo and the trigger. the reset was short and the second stage trigger pull was around 3-4 lbs. rapid strings of fire was only limited by how fast i can pull the trigger. the two stage trigger is good for me as I shoot 3 gun action shooting and will eliminate AD's when prepping for the shot. it was expensive but i feel worth it. i also replaced the grip with an ERGO. what a difference as the factory norc grip hurt my hand during prolonged firearm handling.

Thanks for being the guinea pig! That's the one I want now. :p

I put an SSA trigger in mine as well. Real easy to install and holy cow what a difference it makes! Best upgrade you can make.
