Trigger weight ? M305

So I took out my trigger assm and worked it for 10m and it smoothed out a little also according to my gage it went from 8lbs to 7lbs ... Should I work it with some polishing compound to try and reduce it further ?

There is a guide posted in bigger hammer how one M1A smith does it. All goo as long as it doesn't dip below 4.5lbs

Don't alter any angles etc
