I carried the TR-24 1-4x Accupoint on my C8 Carbine during my 2nd tour in Afghanistan circa 2008. Yes, some of us were rocking LPVOs long before the "cool kids" made them popular for combat and gun-games. But I digress - the TR-24 held up extremely well in the Afghan talcum-dust, with no binding or difficulty in moving the Throw-Lever to adjust magnification. It even survived the bomb-blast that took my legs, although the Ocular Bell was slightly damaged (lens was scratched and pock-marked by shrapnel). Trijicon were kind enough to repair my scope as good as new for free, which I appreciate as the scope has sentimental value, just like the now-prohibited Colt Canada SA 15.7 Flat-Top Heavy-Barrel semi-automatic carbine that it sits atop. The 1-8x Accupoint sounds like an awesome upgrade some 18 years later....

This is a big deal. I have owned both a TR-24 and a TR-25 at different points. Sold them both when I pared down my collection a few years back but they were both outstanding but my preference for reticle evolved. I had a crosshair (1-4) and a mil dot model (1-6) but I think if I had the triangle and post I would have kept one of them.
