Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30 x 56 SFP vs Nightforce NX8 4-32

Anyone have experience with both of these? The trijicon is cheaper by $300 because I found a sale.

Had two friends do side by side optical comparison of Trijicon and Leupold optics at a gun show.
Trijicon scope clarity was pretty pedestrian for the sticker price.

Myself I own just two NF and several Leupold scopes. Zero complaints here.

Optics brands have varying qualities across the model line range. Trijicon Accupower/TenMile use the ubiquitous LOW platform similar to Delta Stryker and Athlon Cronus. Of course there are differences between them but all are good quality and clarity. I wouldn't put the NF NX8 line in a different(better) category in my opinion. Leupold also has a wide range so it depends on which we are referring to.

Yes sir you could say sub par. It's as if it lacks the multiple coatings we expect from good quality glass.

I'm not sure that's an accurate statement. Without a doubt, the Trijicon AccuPower (now TenMile) 4.5-30x56 models are not as common as directly related (ie LOW OEM - Delta Stryker, Athlon Cronus, Tract Toric, etc etc) or other comparable category models from different brands. The specs are available online and there are people who have reviewed them on other (US based) forums.

If we are comparing different categories or product lines, eg Trijicon TenMile vs NF ATACR, I'm not sure that would be fair.
