Trijicon and ARMS18 guaranteed to fail?

Anyone have any luck mounting a Trijicon on an ARMS18 mount? I've been finding that the clearance isn't enough between the generic TA51 mounting clamps and the receiver to allow for spent casing ejection. Would a different mount work?

Smith Enterprise makes one specifically for the ACOG.

Has anyone here tried a Trijicon TA70 mount?

I was wondering if the ARMS19 would work. Was hoping the smaller claw area would allow for just enough room to reliably eject brass. Although, I wasn't keen on spending the money first and finding out it didn't work later.

Would mounting it on an Ultimak scout rail work or is the eye relief too long?

Utilizing a proprietary “Patent Pending” engineered design, the TA70
Mount allows for the transfer and usage of all mil-spec optical
sighting applications without the need for “stackable” tiered
mounting solutions. By doing so, this mount reduces weight, cost,
and accuracy loss due to multiple surface contacting and mechanical
failure.

Note: TA70 mount is NOT compatible with the Springfield SOCOM II
equipped with their “Cluster Rail” system. The “Cluster Rail” uses
the mounting hole on the left side of the receiver as an attachment
point. The TA70 also requires this hole for proper attachment to
the receiver. If a standard M14 or M1A hand guard is used, the TA70
will work.

This is the only mount I am aware of made just for ACOG style scopes.
As for railed scoping options I am almost @ a 1,000 rounds with my UTG hanguard and SPR-E scope mount and still going fine. Just wished that Trijicon would use there standard BDC reticale in a Accu-Point scope. Now that would rock.
