Trijicon or Mepro 21

Are you specifically asking about the trijicon reflex model?
If so, get the m21. Your choice of reticles, and you can get a washout remover with a 11 position dial that takes a cr2032. Basically turns it into a controlled illumination optic. I love that set up. There if you need it, but 99% of the time you won't unless it's insanely bright outside, or you're shooting from dark to light areas.

Yes the Trijicon Reflex I have had one on my 45-70 for a very long time and it is just not as bright as it used to be. I do not want batteries, don't need magnification, It must not be affected by cold weather ( used outside in -20 temp all day) Able to be seen in bright sunlight on a white target. Don't get me wrong I like the Trijicon just looking at the M21 for a change. Are they as tough and able to take the abuse like the Trijicon?

Mepro 21.. I like the dot or triangle.. Bullseye for shotgun
Get the Polarizer & Flash guard set also
I don't like the washout remover as it sticks out from the optic

The mepro 21 is a quality optic. And -20 iirc is in its range of operations. It seems more highly recommended than the trij reflex.

Because the M21 is synonymous with the IDF's standard optic for many years until it was recently replaced by the Meprolight RDS Pro.
