Trim to Length for 7.69x39mm

In the Speer reloading manual for the 7.62x39mm, the trim to length is 1.518. Is this the minimum trim length? The maximum case length is listed at 1.528.

Is it safe to trim to a length anywhere between 1.518 to 1.528? Or I need to trim to 1.518?

If you trim to min trim length it just means you won't have to trim it sooner when it stretches.Max length is just what it says for reliable feeding/chambering..........Harold
