Anyone equipped their M14 or M1 with a tritium bar front sight? How do you like it?

Will they export it? It seems lots of tritium stuff is hard to get.

I ran the Smith front Tritium sight on my Sage build.............works great.........bright and easy to acquire in low light conditions........

not the same exactly but I put meprolight tritium inserts on my SN tacticals factory GRS and they glow in the dark! In a pitch black room the only thing visible is 3 little dots, but they are not noticable in daylight, just the silhouette. With the tac light on its the same thing, no glow

No, tritium glows because of it's radioactive qualities, it doesn't have to be "charged" by holding a lamp to it.

Tritium is what they use in almost all night sights on handguns. Google search it to learn more.

Usually good for 10 years from the date stamped on the sight.
