Bass Pro had transom mount 55 pound thrust electrics in their brand(Prowler) which I am sure are minn-kotas for $139.99. I bought one, couldnt go wrong at that price. Has a 36" shaft and works great. Pushes my 1546 DS Triton with a 25 merc, avery quick set blind and two guys and a dog quite well. In summer for fishing the boat has alot less gear and no dog and it really zips us along the weed edges for bucketmouths. It comes with a weedless wedge prop and cuts them up pretty good.
