It's great to see so many people doing so well. With the general season fast approaching I can't wait to see what everyone can drum up.:)

When we were down tot he border in June Speed Goat was really on the brain. Didn't see a whole lot going to Coutts but the few we saw sure brought back memories of lots of sage, pricklies in the grass and wind in our face. I can't wait for next fall! Oh yeah and those big freaky spiders with the fancy web houses they built too. Christy almost used her 6mm on a few.:runaway:

WMU 118 is where I go for my mule deer and Cypress Hills for my elk, Very nice area and an abundance of wildlife. Got tags for 11 or is it 15 mule's there this year :eek:

Me and my 2 sons all have buck and doe tags. The anterless mule came with a special license with extra tags - issued with 2 or 3 tags for anterless mule deer this year and same for anterless white-tailed deer) and the wife has a doe tag. Going to be good time.


Happen to see any mule's around Manyberries ?

I'll be in 118 again this year for mulies with about 4 friends......we arent going until the 3rd weekend I dont think but should be a good hunt either way!!
 
......and then I stepped on a cactus, on the way to the hospital I shot a boon and crockett buck that was sleeping next to a brief case full of money..... Or something to that effect.... this story is FULL of typical Demonical bull#### luck.
 
I have to correct something; the pics of those towering hills are apparently the Sweetgrass Hills of Montana, not the Cypress Hills. My bad!

A fella from Medicine Hat corrected me on that.
