Trouble finding rings for my CZ 452 LUX

Drove to Elwood & Epps last weekend on my way to Sudbury - wasted an hour and a half of my life going. Called ahead and was told they had "6 Sets in stock that would fit my gun", only to get there and they couldn't find anything that would fit properly. Need the 11mm Dovetail high or tall rings.
Anyone in SW Ontario sell these? I have a friend with Talley rings who likes them, but they are $70 USD online. Have heard Leupold and CZ make them, but can't seem to find a local retailer who stocks them. I'd like to see how they fit to make sure they clear the front site and bolt handle. Am going up north hunting with a good friend this weekend, and would love to have them before I go.
Any help appreciated.
 
BKL 257 (normal height) work well if you are looking for inexpensive high(er) rings. Warn are good as well. Lots will depend on the scope you are planning to use an if you are hoping to clear the sights on our Lux.
 
I am going to sound like a broken record, but here goes.
Some have luck with the 11mm dovetail rings and some have better luck with the 3/8'' dovetail rings.
My experience has been take the gun with to the gun store and have them fit the rings there.
Of course not everyone has the luxury of three or more stores within a 25 mile radius.
Just been my experience and having owned 5 or 6 CZ 452's over the years.
