Trouble hitting 8x11 paper at 100 yards!

Sounds like it went to Bubbas gun shop - if it still doesn't shoot, take it to a reliable 'smith and he can look at the crown, the stock, action screws, scope mounts, and even boresight the barrel.
This will give you answers rather than multiple trips to the range.
If you are a half decent shooter, lets assume you are, there is something very seriously wrong with this rifle.
And yes, check the scope - a Zeiss in that mag would sell for around $1000+ USED!!!

Buddy bought a nice used browning that shot like yours - after 5 boxes of shells and different tweaks, he took it in - 'smith determined there was a small barrel bulge (snow/mud in the barrel and fired) that was almost invisible to naked eye, but could clearly see it when scoped.

go to the range , bore site it , fire it , bore site again to see if anything has moved. If it has shifted, its the scope ,if it still looks like it should hit, its most likely the gun or the shooter. check by bore siting between shots and you should have no problem figuring it out. simple

That's a good and simple idea, even more if you have a laser boresighter!

Just thought I'd update, the gunsmith installed mounting rail became noticeably loose last time I took it out, and a scope leveling kit indicated that the gunsmith had mounted the scope canted to the left.

I'll never let someone else attach an optic for me ever again
